Q. What is your shipping policy and practice for packages outside the US?


          Answer:
  • There are absolutely no handling fees for purchases!
  • International buyers pay only actual shipping cost charged by carrier
  • We do not feature “real time” quotes at this time, but you may submit your item interest and zip code via email and will respond promptly with your price quote.
  • We search the 4 largest shipping carriers to find the less expensive rate: (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DSL)



  • Q. How do I make a return?

              Answer:
  • You may return any new or unused item that is in its original box, prepaid, with a copy of the invoice within 60 days of the date your item was shipped and we will refund the full purchase price. Call our toll free number and request a RGA number to accompany the returned item.
  • All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, or refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exception.
  • Inspections of returned merchandise are completed within seven business days of receipt of the return. Additional time may be needed if the merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer/vendor for further testing.
  • Foreign customers: Please call Customer Service before sending your return back.


  • Q. Can I preorder parts and have them delivered to an upcoming event that CRS attends?

              Answer:
  • Absolutely! We welcome all pre orders. Just give us a call with your order and we can deliver it to you at any of the shows we attend.


  • Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

              Answer:
  • We accept a variety of payment options: Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Debit cards, and money orders may be sent in to pay for your order as well.

  • Q. Do you have a retail store? If so, what are your hours?

              Answer:
  • Yes. We have a walk in store front and welcome any of our customers to stop in.

    Store Hours:
    Monday – Friday Saturday
    9 am – 7 pm 10 am – 3 pm



  • Q. How do I cancel an order?

              Answer:
  • To cancel an order, call our toll free number at (888) 511-8383, give us the order number from your order confirmation and ask us to cancel the order. We'll send you confirmation letting you know that the order has been canceled. Depending on the amount of time between the order confirmation and the request to cancel, the parts may have already shipped. If so, please notify us as soon as possible. Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. Your bank may take 7-10 days after we process the refund to post a credit back to your account. Any orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by a company issued refund check sent via U.S. Mail.


  • Q. Will I pay a tax on my order?

              Answer:
  • Customers who have their orders shipped inside Kentucky will pay 6% state sales tax. If you are making a purchase or picking up an order in our retail store, you will be subject to the appropriate sales tax.
  • All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The invoice must reflect actual product prices for parts shipped. Applicable customs duties and taxes will be billed to you by the shipping company at the time of delivery.


  • Q. How do I get a tracking number for my order?

              Answer:
  • All orders placed before 7:00 PM EST will ship the same day. If you have provided us with an active e-mail address, we will send a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number as soon as the order has completed the shipping process.


  • Q. What if an item I purchase is out of stock and backordered?

              Answer:
  • In-stock items are shipped immediately. Most backordered parts are shipped as they become available. We will contact you via email and give you that status of any item if it should be on back order. We will then give you the option of waiting for the product or canceling the order. If all the items in your order are backordered, most will ship as they become available, which may result in multiple shipments for your single order.


  • Q. What is a (CVV) Credit Card Code?

              Answer:
  • For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the card code is the last 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line. For an American Express card, it is the 4 digits on the FRONT above the end of your card number.


  • Q. What are the shipping rates? Are there any extra / hidden fees?

              Answer:
  • There are absolutely no hidden fees or handling fees!! We have a simple fixed rate shipping plan which is as follows:
